    However, we also offer custom packages for agencies and businesses with specific or larger-scale needs.

    • Essentials Package: Up to 3 products and 5 SKUs (variations) per product.

    • Pro Package: Up to 5 products and 5 SKUs per product. Additional products or SKUs can be added to any package for a fee.

  • Yes! If you need more than one shoot within a month, we offer the option to purchase additional shoots as an add-on. Pricing will depend on the type of content and resources needed.

  • If you don’t submit a brief for a given month, you won’t receive a shoot or deliverables for that month. However, your subscription still continues as this is a monthly service. We recommend planning in advance to make sure you maximize your subscription value.

  • Yes, we offer a rush option for clients who need their content turned around faster than our standard timeline. This will come at an additional fee, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on our current schedule and team capacity.

  • The standard timeline from signup to receiving your first round of content is approximately 3-4 weeks. This includes everything from onboarding and creative briefing to location/talent selection, shooting, editing, and final delivery.

  • Payment is processed the moment you sign up through our website via Stripe. You’ll be billed monthly from the date of signup.

  • For agencies or businesses managing multiple brands, we offer custom packages designed to accommodate your needs. Contact us for more details, and we’ll work together to create a solution that fits your workflow.

  • Creative direction covers everything from mood boards and shot lists to overall concept development for your shoots, all with your approval before we move forward. This service is best for teams that want to offload the creative planning while ensuring the final visuals fully align with your brand's identity and marketing goals.

  • Absolutely! We’ll provide you with a curated shortlist of potential models and locations based on your brief. You'll select from these options, and we’ll handle the rest. If you have specific models or locations in mind, we can discuss incorporating them into the shoot.

  • Our editing process includes basic photo retouching, color correction, and video edits (if applicable). If you require extensive retouching or specific post-production work (e.g., heavy image manipulation), we can offer these as additional services.

  • Yes! We provide a review and feedback round for all content, whether it’s photos or videos. Once the initial edits are complete, we’ll send the deliverables for your approval before making final tweaks.

  • You can always purchase add-ons for extra content, whether it’s additional products, SKUs, photos, or videos. We offer flexibility so you can scale your content needs month-to-month without needing to switch packages.

  • Once your brief is submitted, our team curates a shortlist of potential locations and talent that best fit your needs. You’ll review and choose from these options, and we’ll handle the booking and coordination. This streamlines the process and keeps things efficient.

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime before the start of your next billing cycle. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, so you can still take advantage of the services until that time. Please note, we do not offer refunds for any unused time or services within the billing cycle.

  • While we manage most of the workflow behind the scenes to keep things easy for you, we’re always available via email for specific questions or updates. You'll also have a dedicated account manager who'll ensure your needs are met throughout the process.

  • Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. The change will take effect in the next billing cycle. If you’re considering more custom work or switching to a quarterly package, contact us for personalized options.
